Why might you need our help?
Even when businesses try their best, sometimes things go wrong, and you’re unhappy with the service you receive. If this is the case, you should always complain to the business first and give them a chance to reply and put things right.
However, you may wish to complain to us if:
- they don’t reply to you;
- you’re not happy with their reply or
- you’re not happy with the way they have treated your complaint.
